GENERAL
Bars herein refers to the bars designated for traverse by competitors.
Competitors will be informed of the Bars designated for use before the commencement of each stage.
Use of truss or any other structure(s) that are not designated for the stage will constitute a failed attempt.
Bars must be traversed using only hands. No part of the lower body may be used on any bar.
Competitors who do not pass a stage will not have their scores/timing recorded for subsequent stages.
Specific RULES
LEVEL BARS
Only the first bar may be skipped.
Both hands must remain on last bar for 2 seconds (judge’s count)
*Two Attempts
Only the first bar may be skipped.

CRISSCUT BARS
*Two Attempts
Only the first bar may be skipped.
Both hands must remain on last bar for 2 seconds (judge’s count)
GRADIENT BARS
*Two Attempts
All bars must be used. No bar may be skipped.
Circuit cannot be traversed in a linear fashion.
Only non-covered areas of bars may be used.
Both hands must remain on last bar for 2 seconds (judge’s count)
DAYTONA BARS
*Two Attempts
Only the first bar may be skipped.
Only non-covered areas of bars may be used.
Both hands must remain on last bar for 2 seconds (judge’s count)
LACHE/Zig BARS
*Two Attempts
All vertical bars must be used.
Ciock starts when contact is made on the first bar and stops when bell is rung by hand.
